Use the Axons One contact form and include “Coverdate” in your message. We reply within two working days.
How do I add an emailed receipt?
In Mail, open the PDF, tap Share and choose Coverdate. Or in the app tap + › Import PDF or Image and pick the file. The first five pages are read.
The serial number or date was read wrongly
Text recognition runs on your iPhone and can misread faded thermal receipts, handwriting and glare. Tap the field and correct it. Tips: flatten the receipt, avoid shadows, retake in daylight.
It didn't find a warranty end date
Many receipts don't print one. Turn on Warranty, choose the length (for example 2 years) and Coverdate works out the end date from the purchase date.
What's free, and what does Pro add?
Free: up to 10 items with receipt reading, one reminder per warranty, and export and restore at any time. Pro (US$14.99 once): unlimited items and several reminders per warranty.
Is it a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase and nothing renews.
I paid but the app still shows the free plan
In the app open Settings › Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. If that doesn't work, use our contact form and include Coverdate and the purchase date. Please don't send card details.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Receipts and details stay on your iPhone. If you use iCloud or computer backup, that backup includes the app's data like any other app.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Restore your new iPhone from a backup. Or in Coverdate open Settings › Export All Data, keep the zip (Files, iCloud Drive, or email it to yourself), then on the new iPhone use Settings › Restore from Backup or just open the zip. Restoring twice doesn't create duplicates.
Does it sync between devices?
Not in this version. Everything stays on the iPhone you use it on.
I don't get reminders
Check iOS Settings › Notifications › Coverdate is allowed. Reminders arrive at 9 am local time on the chosen day before the warranty ends. The app shows a notice when notifications are off.
Does it tell me whether a claim will succeed?
No. It keeps your records and reminds you of dates. Check the retailer's or manufacturer's terms and, in Australia, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
