Privacy Policy
Effective 18 September 2026 · Coverdate is made by Axons One, Australia.
In short: Coverdate collects no data. Your receipts, photos and item details stay on your iPhone. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
Where your information is kept
Everything you add (receipt photos and files, the text read from them, item details, warranties and reminders) is stored only inside the app on your iPhone. Receipts are read by Apple's on-device text recognition and are never sent to a server. Axons One runs no server for Coverdate and receives nothing from the app.
If you use iCloud Backup or back up to a computer, your iPhone backup includes Coverdate's data, like any other app. That backup is kept by Apple or on your computer under your control, not by us.
Export and restore
Export creates a zip file and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes (Files, iCloud Drive, email, AirDrop) is your choice; we don't receive it. Restore reads a zip you choose on your iPhone.
Purchases
The optional one-time purchase is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment; we receive no card details, name or email address. The app confirms your purchase with Apple on the device.
Camera, photos, files and notifications
The camera, photo library and files are used only when you choose to add a receipt, and only what you pick is stored, inside the app. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone; no push service is involved.
Crash reports
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. They contain no receipt data. You can turn this off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Deleting your data
In the app, Settings › Delete All Data removes every item, photo and reminder. Deleting the app also removes its data from your iPhone.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
This website
coverdate.axons.one uses no cookies, analytics or third-party content. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: Contact us and mention Coverdate privacy.
If you use the Axons One contact form, we receive your message and the contact details you choose to provide so we can respond. This is separate from the data stored in the Coverdate app.
